24# of boost, on a 93 octane chip's timing (low), a stock turbo (all pooped out at 22# of boost), and a stock I/C are a lot of things working against you!! Especially with that much octane.

I would recommend keeping it at 20# or less, until you can get better matched parts to run as much boost as you're looking to run.

Good advice Dave there is a love hate relation with me and these cars but I always seem to come back

I will turn it down. Stock turbo is limited to 22psi? The thing is this car has pulled 24psi fine before.

Not so much that it's limited to that amount, it's just that you are way beyond it's best efficiency curve. It's blowing nothing but super heated air much past 22.

It was a bad hose clamp that was loose and didn't tighten and more...
Time for some heavy duty clamps.

It was our anniversary day and I was going to take her lake down to Lake geneva, WI for some good relaxing times san kids, but wanted to get a hose clamp before we left and stop by the bank for some cash.
I take the GN to the auto store, get the clamps, install it. Went to go to the bank, tried to start the car, and all it would do is click. Hmm.. crap... had the battery tested at the auto part store, tested fine...

I said I am going to replace the battery anyways, and it was a good sign the battery was fully charged as I didn't need an alternator. I replaced the battery, same thing click, click...

I go under the car and whack the starter a few times with the rachet I had in the car still nothing... But, I did smell like something electrical was burning, so there was excessive pll of amps. I tried it again and vroom! it starts... took it home and put it in the garage. Tried starting it again, and it would slowly turn then click click.

I get back an hour later then expected and low and behold the wife is pissed.

Sounds like I am replacing the starter today, if I can find one. Looks like I am putting in a 1996 corvette starter :D

My wife is not opposed to the car and has taken it to her work on a few occassions, she just doesn't like it interfering with normal "life" stuff like the kids and or anniversary. :)

yes my wife don't mine me having the car because cars is what i do shes just not a car person as long as it goes when you put the key in and turn it alls good with her.just don't ask her to put gas in it or air in a tire lol
