I was on my way home from a cruise night last night. I was following a hot rod of some sort. The plate said 1939. Not sure what kind of car it was. It was a convertible and sounded like a small block. Anyway we get to a good stop light 55 mph road no one in front of each of us. I pull aside him. I didn't do a brake torque to build boost. I wanted to see what he was going to do. Light turns green and he punches it. I nail it and easily zip by him. I pretty sure it was column shift. I was glad he gave it a try.
