This product is designed to replace the factory bulkhead connector and wiring assembly on TR's and many other GM vehicles which have a 3-wire connector assembly.

This harness has a 3-position Delphi WeatherPack connector which is wired as follows:

A - GROUND - BLACK
B - LEVEL SENDER SIGNAL - VIOLET
C - PUMP POWER - RED (commonly gray on factory GM harnesses)

The in-tank pin-outs are as follows:

C - GROUND
D - LEVEL SENDER SIGNAL
E - PUMP POWER

This harness features:

- Upgraded 14 gauge automotive-grade TXL wire
- A dedicated ground wire which will replace most factory bonded ground wires found on old senders.

When this harness is used in combination with our upgraded in-tank harnesses the overall resistance is reduced from approximately 0.085 to 0.026 ohms.
When using a HP pump (Walbro, Bosch, Denso) this translates to an improvement of approximately 5.4% in pump performance. *

Some vehicles may have different WeatherPack keying or designations. Alternative connectors and / or pin-outs can be special ordered.

********

The yellow bulkhead connector is OE equipment and has been pressure tested, fitted with an o-ring seal and supplied with a new SS press-on retaining clip.
The bulkhead connector is a perfect match for the keyed hole the factory G75, G77 and many other G.M. senders so you do not have to drill any holes or make any modifications.

This in-tank harness is designed to work with most universal in-tank pumps which have 4.25mm power studs or smaller such as the Bosch and Denso units. This harness is designed to be used with our BCWA-G7 Bulkhead Wire and Connector Assembly.

This product features:
- Heavy-duty gas-safe Teflon wire
- Redundant grounds and grounding clamp
- Level sender wire (compatible with TR G75 and G77-type senders)

Some senders may have different in-tank wiring configurations however the in-tank connector's terminals can be re-arranged with a simple paper clip to match.
* Performance based on load tests simulating 60 PSI operating pressure at 13.5V in combination with manufacturer's published pump voltage vs. flow charts. Harness resistance tests were conducted with sustained 10, 15 and 20 amp loads measured between the WeatherPack connector and the pump's in-tank supply terminals.

The intermediate harness and bulkhead connector (less in-tank harness) will be available as an add-on for customers who wish to purchase a Racetronix G75 / G77 fuel pump assembly or fuel pump kit.

This product is a perfect match with our G7 Hotwire harness which features 10 gauge wire and redundant grounds.

Very nice and I like the amp test of the Walbro and Supra 280.

Thanks for taking the time to add this needed part to the GN community in our time of need.

This harness is workin good here. Couple weeks running and over 500 miles with a Supra pump, so far so good. Thanks

hopefully be seeing how it works in the next few weeks in our Mazda/Buick

I would like to add a bit of information here. A vendor on Corvette forum is using thru-hole bulkhead wiring in their billet fuel pump assembly. This is the type of bulkhead where the wires pass through a small tube. The tube is filled with a sealant (usually epoxy). Some of their customers are having a problem now where the fuel is being wicked up by the wires in the tank (between the strands and insulation) and dripping on the outside of the tank. These types of bulkheads are not designed for immersion in fuel. This is a prime example as to why Racetronix uses the Delphi bulkhead which is hermetically sealed, pressure tested and specifically designed for use in fuel.

This is a picture that was posted on CF which shows the bulkhead with the problem:

what's the difference between the 75 and the 77? I've been running a weldon and haven't kept up with in-tank set-ups for the last couple of years.

The G75 sender has an open-style level sensor and two push-on bulkhead terminals.

The G77 sender has a metal-cased level sensor and a 4-way black in-tank connector.

Question about your Hot wire kit, Im currently running a Fullthrottle HW kit, but recently purchased a ATR Dobble Pumper (intank), just curious if i can use your HW kit instead of the wiring kit that comes with the ATR Dobble Pumper?? if so, let me know, cuz i love your HW kit and would love to purchase one... thanks alot....

No, our single HW harness is not designed to support two fuel pumps.

Thank you for your response and you honesty. I still might purchase 2 pumps from you.. I want to make sure everything is as top shape as possible before dropping in the ATR Doubble Pumpers.... been used, i dont want to worry to much over any types of failers.. especially the pumps...

Racetronix,
Question,I have your RX-G7-FPWHG fuel pump upgrade and am so happy
with the quality and assembly.I also need to install a in-tank double pumper
So,Could and would you make me a second pump hot wire assembly to add
your pump upgrade i have?I will pay to have you make it?Please let me know.

The DP harness is very different from the single harness so there is no simple and proper way to convert what you have.

The cost to make a one-off custom harness by hand would be more than the complete DP harness. All of our harnesses are now made with computerized / automated equipment in quantity. This is the only way to keep the costs down and the quality up.

My sample DP harnesses are now sold out. We will make some less expensive / simpler units in the near future / as soon as we catch up on current production items.
