Gauge lamp wiring

Which wire is best to tap when hoking up lights on my pillar gauges? I was looking for a wiring schematic but I can only find them where the print is so small its blurred out by the time I enlarge it.

It will be a gray wire. It runs around the interior, fused by the INST LPS fuse. Can find it at the cluster, ash tray/console light, heater control, defogger switch light.
