gauge question

How many of you guys have gagues right outside of the windshield on the cowl? I'm thinking about getting a boost gague and perhaps a fuel press gauge to go there. Do those kits or gagues rust if put on the outside? Are there any drilling involved? Who sells them? DO any of you guys dislike those placements and prefer to put them under the radio on the console of the shifter?

I'm going with Autometer Ultra-Lite boost and oil psi in the center console mount! Looks awesome and is kinda out of the way, plus the grey pod makes it look factory. I'm saving the outside for a monster tach! maybe.....
