Gen 6 problem?

I'm getting 9.40v to my TPS , and when I put the stock computer back on it reads 5 volts?This is the same wire I use for the MAP.
Please help.

The internal voltage regulator is burned out in the ECU. I have seen this many times before. You need to send it back to DFI for repairs.

Does any one know what causes this? Low battery, hot wire grounded, wrong adaptor, etc. ?
