I have purchased an '87 Regal T-Type, and with it I received a genuine GM replacement quarter for it (not a patch panel). The quarter is for the driver's side.
Contact me if you are interested at mst1mugen@hotmail.com . I can send pics to anyone interested.
Thanks,
JP

I'd like to get a grand for it..............don't be afraid to make me an offer or tell me I'm crazy though.
Thanks,
JP

A little heads up here, those sell for a lot less than that. Do a search and you can get a better idea of it's value.

Seems half way reasonable for a NOS quarter if you ask me.

I saw a bent NOS '75-'81 firebird quarter panel at Jefferson swap meet earlier this year for $1300, and it was bent pretty good.

Who makes quarters for these cars. I tried through buick and they laughed. discontinued. it took 8 weeks to get new doors through buick .and that was 3 years ago.i tried shermanns / keystone/ year one. if somebody has info on rear quarters let me know. no jap crap either and how about rear inner wheel houses.

Sorry I can't help you there chopped39. I really don't know much about these cars. I bought mine to put it together as a nice driver, but have since gotten divorced and sold my house leaving me with no time, space or money to finish it. I thought I could recoup my money easier by selling the discontinued GM quarter separate from the car, seems as if I'll just take a hit and sell them both together.
Sorry I couldn't be of any help.

I thought it was a 'reasonable' ballpark as well. Especially for something that you can no longer get!
I'm not one of those guys whose stuff appreciates just because I've owned it, just thought It would be a hot item since you can't get them anymore.
Oh well, we will see.

If you want a nice quarter panel you better jump on this one and work out a deal with coporat. No re-pops available, and the only other option is a good used one for ~$250, which a good body man will charge extra to clean up a used one anyways.

driver's quarter

I also have a used rust free, dent free driver's quarter for sale. Nobody wants it because they don't want to pay $160 shipping and then pay a body tech to weld it on. I'm only charging $200, but nobody down here in Florida wants it. I bet if I lived up North where they spread the salt in the winter, somebody would want it. Good luck.
