Getting fed up with my T-Type

Is there anyone here that can help me fix this darn car. I'm not mechanically gifted and im kinda broke. I live in an apartment complex. One minute this car runs and the next it doesn't. I just want to get it running. Is there anyone here that help. I can compensate you monetarily and I have tripple A so I can tow it up to 200 miles. I just wanna be able to trust someone with my car.

Im in Houston. I live in the Galleria area. Its in fair condition I just cant get it to start. It just needs a little engine work and its good to go I just suck at stuff like that but i love the car (when its acting right).
