Girdled oil pan leak

I have a girdled 109 block sitting around. Looks like sealing could be tricky.

Hondabond (and yambond/threebond etc) wipe off with with acetone soaked scotch brite. Im running a crank scraper and the thick rjc cork gasket on an rjc pan and its been dry for 20k miles.
