Hi, Could someone please tell me if this looks like an original GM power antenna for a G-body?? Thanks

Looks like an aftermarket universal setup to me.

Below are pictures of NOS antennas. One on the left says made in Mexico & one on right says made in USA. In second photo both have: Delco Products USA embossed in plastic on top section of motor & a stamp or sticker with 22048888 & assembly date on bottom section and on shaft of both a sticker with 22143457, date of assembly & Assembled in Mexico. Hope this helps.

Can the GM antenna still be bought from the dealer??

Mine is not working and will be searching for a new one.

I would also recommend the rebuild kit if the motor is working. If not, there is one on eBay eBay Motors: Buick Grand National Power Antenna - New! T-Type Regal (item 230210458547 end time Jan-13-08 18:44:37 PST)
These used to sell new for about $100. One sold on eBay about 3 weeks ago so you can see the final sale price.

As it is no longer available from the dealer, it is worth what the market place wants to pay (according to the IRS, the value of an item is what someone who doesn't have to sell receives from a buyer who doesn't have to buy). Just like everything else, go on eBay or another auction site and see what they are selling for keeping in mind condition & completeness.
