GM crank what's the best rod bearing for these soft cranks?

Curious if you think that the H series bearings are to hard on a factory crank. My machinist likes them but I sort of think they might be better for a steel crank. Going into a street car. What do you say ?

Which King bearing the AM series or the SI series? You got a part number? looked on Summit and King bearing site but it's like going in circles. Geez
