GM Goodwrench Alarm - Door Lock issue

Anyone out there have a GM Goodwrench alarm? I'm looking for the install manual (or owner's manual). I am having an issue where the door lock solenoids fire, but the locks don't actually lock. Not cool. After the arming chirp, the alarm chirps again, I assume to indicate a fault. Prev owner installed alarm, I don't have the paperwork. I'm fairly sure its something simple.
