I've found a good relationship with the most run down GM dealer in town to be the best. GM Parts Direct (Flow Chevrolet) have excellent prices but they get it all back on the S&H but it's not so bad on expensive parts.

I use Gold Rush Chevrolet in Auburn, CA. (530) 885-0471. They will ship UPS.

If you know anyone that works for GM, ask them to order the part for you they get discounts also, that meet dealer cost.
