were all the 1984 - 1987 turbo buick rear end housing the same size? Did they all have 28 spline axels? I want to up grade a one wheel wonder to posi. thank in advance

Unless someone changed something......... should be a 8.5 10 bolt, 28 spline, 3 series carrier. 30 spline axles would be aftermarket.
