has anyone else experienced GM factory rebuilt conveters stall speed decreasing? i replaced my converter in spring 2002 with a rebuilt unit from the dealer. by next spring i noticed the car would only stall to about 1600 rpm. (it's not a power issue, the car has run 113 mph in the 1/4 mile). i replaced that converter with another factory unit in spring 2003. now i am noticing the car will only stall to about 2200 rpm. both units stalled to about 2600-2800 rpm when installed. any thoughts?????????
