Anyone ever get the "in process" status for their order? I ordered the lower door weatherstrippings (P/N 20201220 and 20201221) on Monday and all week I've gotten the "in process" status. They don't seem to have a phone number to call to check on it. Sent an email, but have received no reply.

Anyone know the deal with these weatherstrippings? Are they unavailable? Does GMPartsDirect answer emails promptly? I hate waiting for stuff when you have no idea what's going on with your order. :mad: No weatherstripping is holding up my mini door restoration work.

Most items for a GN they have to special order then ship to you.In some instances it can take them over a week to get a part then they ship to you so it can take 2 weeks or 3 weeks before you recieve it.In process means they haven't got it yet.
