What other cars did the turbo buick engine go into?
-GN (obviously)
-T-type
-TTA
-Syclone (someone told me that the engine in the syclone and typhoon was the same as the GN but the engine looks different)
-typhoon
-3800 series motor (isnt this motor based on the GN engine?)

Was talking about this today but asnt positive about what I was saying.

Sy/Ty's both have the same 4.3L motor, it has nothing in common with our motor.

the 3800 is similar in that it's a 90* v6, but the casting is totally different. There are about zero parts that are common to a 3800 and an lc2 aside from sensors and cheesy stuff like that.

If I am not mistaken 84-85 Rivs turbo with hot air setup. Also I have heard that GM tested these motors in few other cars but never came into production.

Only cars you will find the intercooler Buick 3.8 V6 in are:
86-87 Turbo Regals
A modified version using FWD style heads, unique headers and some other different pieces were used on the 89 Turbo Trans Am
As for the older versions made between 1978 and 1985
You could get the Hot Air Buick V6 in:
Regals
RWD Centurys (78-80)
LeSabres
Rivieras (79-85)
Chevrolet Monte Carlo (80-81)
Remeber all the 78-83 are carbureted. The 84-85 are fuel injected. The Syclone/Typhoon has a 4.3 V6 that is Chevrolet engine. The only things it has in common with a Buick V6 are its a turbocharged, GM made, 90° V6 :D
