Replaced cracked intake valve and the always cracked DS header. Now car runs lean at WOT. Turned up FP to 45 PSI andadded fuel via scantool, but still lean at WOT.

any ideas?

FP rises in line with boost to 60 PSI at 20lbs of boost.

If fuel pressure is set @45 & you're running 20 lbs of boost, then you should see 65 lbs of fuel pressure @WOT (45+20=65)

What size injectors? & possibly could the sending unit sock be collapsed? Theyr famous for it.

Tired O2 sensor? Leaded fuel? Bad grounds?

no knock, I let off the gas when the O2s start to read lean. It's a new O2 sensor, but ya could still be bad. grounds are good. no leaded fuel.

I'm running ALKY and it starts to leanout as the ALKY comes on.

Ok. Help us understand. Title says lean at WOT. Post says lean when letting of the gas, and lean when alky comes in. Is my summarized understanding of the posts correct?

I have the Alky set to come on at WOT. When I get on it and see the scanmaster start to go down to 670 and below I let off the gas.

I'm gonna change out the O2 with a known good spare. Hope it's not the MAF, but I'll check that too. No leaks and It's time for new lugs, so I'll knock that out as well.

any other usual suspects to look at?

Mayb its leaning becuz the alky isnt spraying in like should be so its pump gas only 02's your seeing? Check it over

replaced o2 sensor and plugs. Still reads lean at WOT, but no knock or KR on scanmaster. Gonna change out MAF next.
