GN Valve Covers/4.1 Oil Pan?

Will GN valve covers fit a plain jane 3.8L? 4.1? What size bolts for the GN covers?

Are there different oil pans for different year 4.1L? I'm looking to buy one here that's "14-bolt". Will the 3.8 and 4.1 pans interchange? Oil pickup.. same questions.

New but learning.

Basically, all 3.8/4.1 engines built before mid 85 are 14 bolt oil pan. About mid 85 on is a 20 bolt. Since 4.1's were last built in 84, they are all 14 bolt pans. The only real difference between the 3.8 and 4.1 is the bore size. Everything else is the same (besides the head gaskets). If you can, score either an 83 or 84 block as they have better oiling passages. The heads that came on the block are the same casting as what came on the later model TR's. The cranks are exactly the same as a turbo car (rolled fillets).
