Gnttype **** Tape Order??

I ordered a **** tape and its been 3 weeks and I havnt heard anything. I ordered it from the gnttype web page. I tried to e mail them but no response. My Paypal account was charged the day I ordered it. I guess I was just wondering what you guys think I should do? The only contact # I found was paypals. Thanks
