Any real drawbacks going from a 3 bolt to 4 bolt using the adaptor flange? I have some 3 bolt TA headers installed, and was looking to go to a Precision 5831 but see the only come in 4 or 5 bolt. My other option I guess would be to go with a Turbonetics Cheetah, which seem to be a lot of 3 bolt.

its more than just a 3-4 adapter
when you go to 4 bolt you need an external wastegate setup , usually coming off the header below the turbo
and a down pipe setup for the four bolt housing , usually v-band
