Ok here is a good one.

I have put a FAST B2B unit on Dads T Type.

We had a batch fire DFI on the car prior to this. The DFI jumped the MAP sensor signal wire to the stock MAF sensor for a signal. Here is the problem.

The FAST unit is reading voltage to the MAP sensor but it is not getting a signal. We used Caspers stock harness adaptor to plug and play the MAP sensor.

I have the gray wire from the MAP sensor in hand. I need to know where to splice this back to in order to get the signal to the FAST unit.

Help

There are 2 gray wires in the bundle so I would be guessing which is the right one.

there should be a green wire that comes out of the adapter harness. that must be connected to the signal wire on the map. fast systems do not read the map thru the old maf wire like dfi's do. as an alternative, you can connect the green fast wire to the maf signal near the ecm since you are already using the casper harness.

Thanks for the help.

We are basically jumping the harness and running all 3 wires into the ECM.

Should take care of it.

I would keep that gen 6 for a spare, you never know when it will come handy.
;)

Believe me he has enough spare parts to build another car.

If I had the money and a body I would be in business. Some year soon.........
