good insurance for a 87 gn in chicago

i cant find a good insurance co. in chicago they i had insure one i just dropped them when i found out all they said my car was worth was 1,500.00 i need something that is going to pay if something happens. if you know of a company that you have good luck with claims and service please post it here if you have numbers please put them here too

Contact Grundy Insurance. They will insure your car for a stated value with pics and an affidavit that you do not use the car as a daily driver. You usually have to show proof on insurance on another car that you use for work. If this is your daily driver than ignore this. Hope it helps.

I have never had a claim and the mileage is limited to 3,000 or 5,000 miles (whichever you pay for). This is only for a limited car not a daily driver.
