The US open of surfing starts today in my hometown of Huntington Beach, CA. It is the largest surf contest in the world. Funny thing is, the surf is flat as a pancake right now.

I'm good friends with his son Denis Roth. He's quite the artist too. We've been talking about him doing the artwork for next years Bates Car Show T-shirt. Maybe a poster too.

I believe I met his son @ the Good Guy's show in Phoenix last October, at least he said that's who he was. he was running the Ed Roth booth there.

They only had one t shirt with the word Buick on it.

Surf contest is in full schwing. Waves are now looking good for the finals this weekend. Also, getting ready to go to Bonneville for Speedweek.
