got a chance to buy both these turbos

[1984 t-type]

need help deciding, GT3255 and a PTE6157

car is going to be mostly street driven, stock converter for now but will be upgrading in the near future, looking for low 11's ( but will take high 10's ) gonna run E85 and 80's
clearly the ball bearing PTE is more but still in my budget which way should i go?
