GOT A OTC 2000 and im kinda lost??????? PLEASE HELP????

Okay here goes, ive got an 85 regal t-type motor in a 85 s-10. ive got a few problems so here they are- stalls at idle, boost is low (10 not 12 like before), no power at all, surges at high speeds, runs rich and smokes black under boost, sputters if not warmed up all of the way.
Alright here goes sorry for the long post already but please check it out and suggest.....................THANKS
All of this was performed at idle in park with the truck warmed up.
RPM= 950-1025

Also the only LED LIGHTS that were on were=CLOSED and RICH LEAN alternating.
Any help is very greatly apprecitated and one more thing, does anyone know where i can get the bigger screen to hook to the terminal so that i can use the pathfinder system and i can view more things at once???
