No really good info to post yet but i just thought id let ya'll know i got my dads 85 GN back up and running tonight. I had been busy with school so I hadn't had time to get the turbo to intake adapter welded on the TA49 but i got it welded on thrusday and on today, along with 50# injectors, ported throttle body and a home ported intake. Hopefully they will go nicely with the ported heads, cam, ATR headers and exhaust, and 2800 stall. It fired right up and is running well other than a horrible exhaust leak at the 3 bolt flange from the turbo to up-pipe. I have it clocked perfect but it appears the flange of one of them may be a bit off. I can't wait to take it out but i have a few other bugs to work out, like no fuel gauge and a speedometer that doesn't want to work. Everything fit perfect including the throttlebody adapter from turbo6x2  Maybe tommorow i can take it out for a quick spin and see how it feels. I'll try and get some pics up, i did a quick job at making the engine compartment look decent with the new parts.

Well i took it out for a spin, and its a dog lol, stupid me forgot to put a bolt in the exhaust housing after clocking it (of course it was the one next to the oil feed part of the center section). Anyways that was the huge exhaust leak i thought was the 3 bolt flange. I didn't know the threads went all the way into the exhaust housing itself. With that and not knowing what my boost was (felt very very low) it pulled ok.... I guess. I had some vacuum lines wrong and wasn't getting a boost reading. I fixed everything and ill take it out again in the morning. Here are a few pics
