Got the heads back!

Hey Guys,
Guess what, I finally got back the heads that I gave away to get ported (3 months later!). I must say that they do look great though, they were re-surfaced, thoroughly ported, and nicely polished. Heres some pics of them and my intake setup. I have more pics but, the file sizes are too big. Ill probably have the car running this weekend!

Hey Chris,
The heads were done by Motor City Machine in Waipahu behind Lex Brodies for $850. He said he gave me a break on the price because it took so long. That price included a full port and polish job on the ports and valve bowls, re-grinding the seats for the bigger stainless valves, and assembly.

It runs!!!

Hey guys,
I got the car running this past monday. The engine sounds and runs smooth with no leaks! Jackson, the PTE Front Mount fits in there pretty good! Despite many dissapointing stories I have heard about the hooker headers, I like it. I haven't gotten to compare it with others though but, the lag isn't that bad at all. Even with the larger turbo but, I haven't pushed it past 7 lbs. boost yet. Even so, the engine seems to pull really hard with only 5-7 lbs. boost. Oh well, HAPPY NEW YEARS!!

HELP!!

Hey guys,
The car runs great but, won't get more than 10lbs boost! Im pretty sure its the deltagate spring because it felt weak. Does anyone have or know where I can get a silver or black spring for it soon?? Id like to run it this weekend but, I need more than 10 lbs boost to hit the numbers! Hey Jackson, did you get the PTE front mount yet?
