Ok its back together with no smoke, but I hear alot or noise that sounds like it is comming from both sides of the lower intake. It sounds like either bent valves or something like that. Maybe I put the rocker arms on the wrong sides, if that is possible. Any suggestions?

Those old head gaskets were not OEM. They were for a 4.1. Look like some type of fel pro. If they are blue they are a no go on 4 bolt applications. Do a leakdown test to see if new problem is there.

I ordered the whole gacket kit for stock application, this time. What I have on it now is the right head gaskets. I threw that other crap away.

I dont have the equipment to do a leak down test, plus there is no smoke anymore. Anyone else?
