Green Smiley Face

My 87' GN has a chip with a Green Smiley Face....what is it? any good? specs? Suggestions for 93 octane or better? thanks in advance and during replies. By the way on startup my rpm's scream then settle down to normal idle, chip issue?

Pull the chip out ,look on the back it should have more info. Too hard to say from just a smiley what it is.

All of my full throttle chips have smiley faces on them but they also have a number on the flip side telling you what combo the chip for.
