The grey felt rear speaker panel that is located between the upper part of the back seat and the rear window of the car. Very nice condition. Sorry, I'm not sure what is worth, so if you need one ....... shoot me a fair offer and you'll own it (don't want to overcharge for it and don't want to give it away to someone so they can resell it for 10x what they paid for it ). Too bad its not blue or I would have bought it already, mines the cheap looking cardboard cover thats all cracked, anybody know where I can get one at????

unless yours is really busted up ........ you could probably take it to a local automotive upholstery shop and they could recover your speaker panel with a felt material that would match your car's interior. may be worth a try. hope this helps.
