GRRR, put nre injectors and chip in now a MISS???

hey guys im hoping this is something stupid that i overlooked but today i installed my 42.5lb injectors and my jim testa chip. i did everyting got it all installed and set hte fuel pressure per his recomendations. i start the car up no leaks but has what sounded like a miss so i go to take it for a ride. it has a nice big miss down low but if i get into it hard you cnat tell as much but you know it is still there. i made sure all the injectors were plugged in and that hte wires were all on right and tight. no vaccuum leaks either what could this be? how do i know all injectors are firing right? any ideas on what to look for i didnt have this miss till i installed this stuff. the injectors are brand new too. thanks
