Dan took the time to answer questions, give advice, and more importantly initiated discussions to determine if the part I wanted to buy from him was right for my car. He was not just looking to unload a part to anyone who wanted to buy them. How often does that happen? As icing on the cake he even shipped the part quick. What a standup guy and unlike his name might imply, he wasn’t even Grumpy
