GT turbo questions

I've got some GT turbo questions.

1. How much HP are the GT37 and GT40 turbos rated to support?

2. What is the recommended converter stall speed for both the GT37 and GT40 turbos?

3. For anyone running either of these turbos, how does spoolup compare to a TA49/TE44?

I am sure that there are very few GN owners using the GT series turbos. They have yet to make a T-3 exhaust for those bad boys. I have done some calcs. The GT-37-40 should be like a T-49. That is with the inducer size on the intake side. Of course the GTs are supposed to flow more air. We will see.

I am working with John Craig on some turbos right now. I will let you know how they work out.
