Is there really much to pick by going to the 88. This is with a ta block and gn1r heads. I spoke to supernatural turbo and they said I should see 100+rwhp at 20lbs:rolleyes: Is this really possible?

Reed that works there knows his stuff IMO.
A GT4718 (88mm) is a 1400ish HP Turbo.
I don't have any idea what a GT4281 is.
I can not find it on the Garret Web Site,
however the highest rated GT42 based (factory Garrett( unit the GT4202
is rated at 1000 ish HP. (We ran two of these on Chow's car)

Since turbo shops can use different compressor wheels on the GT42 I am sure they could get a little more power out of that turbine.
Regardless the bottom line is that the GT42 Turbine should not flow within 100HP of a GT47.

I could not find the 4281 either, but thats what I was told by the previous owner was on the car. Also Reed is the gentlemen I spoke with.

I found out it was a custom turbo from turbo people and it is a 81mm.
