If you want to go bigger and stick with the same plumbing in a GT42 frame, then the GT45F-78 is the biggest you can go. It has the larger 87mm turbine wheel, 78mm compressor wheel combination. Its a LDP turbine wheel as well and 11 blade design versus the 12 blade design of the GT45-DBB.

Right now 78mm is the largest we are doing the Journal bearing in at this moment. Their wasn't much demand for the 80, since most folks just wanted a step up from a GT42, but didn't want to pay the price for the DBB.
 
Do you offer the gt45-78 with the new super duper comp cover ?

I don't like to....surge is bad. The comp wheel difuser velocity gets to low with the larger cover and you get stagnation in the scroll area. Surges like a mofo on small displacement motors.
