Just look beloe to the thread I started on "gt67 or te45a"... Lots of useful information on there... I guess it comes down to how much boost you wanna run? If you plan on only running 24-25 lbs..then the gt67 is one you should consider...if you plan on going over 24-25 lbs, then I would go w/ the TE45A.

Good ????

I was first going witha te-45a p-trim 63 housing THEN I thought I wanted a Gt-67.. Then researched an found out about above info. that they are all done @ 25 lbs, where the 45a takes over.. Well THEn I decided I wanted a CPT 66 BB turbo "big money there by the way" like 1500 actuator an all!! So now i'm back to the " " you guessed it Te-45a.. They are just a proven turbo.. Not saying the BB 66 is bad just don't see alot of people run them an see the proven #'s like the 45a.. Some peole say the 45a an 67 are close as comparison as turbos besides the fact the 45 is a big shaft an 1 mm smaller .. But is this may be so or not but the 45 is like 300 bucks more .. Soif your not pushing a lot of boost I say get the GT-67 but if you are go with 45a... Oh I also found out that the GT series turbo do not whistle like the Te series , guess it might be that extra blade!!

Stock heads = TE45a and 3700-4000 stall.

Ported heads = GT6776 and 3500 stall.

Those would be my recommendations.
