gta wheels whats the difference

i;ve heard that if i were to put some gta wheels on a buick regal you are going to need 4 front wheels does anybody know why this is?

The offset is different on the rears if you use rears you will need spacers so they dont rub.

how would i tell which are the rear wheels and which are the fronts

The size of the outer lip, I'm not sure which is which but take a look at some photos online.

Looks like the fronts have a wider lip than the rears,

The Fronts have about 4.3" Backspacing and the Rears have about 5" Backspacing. The wheels actually say "Front" and "Rear" on them, in the back.

If you buy 1.5" or 1.25" wheel adapters off Ebay, the Rears work pretty good in the Rear.

The "Rears" will work in front with a small spacer and longer studs and work without spacers if you switch to 12" brakes in front.

A true GTA wheel is maked on the inside of the wheel..... "Front" or "Rear"

I have my GN sporting 4 "fronts". I like the look better.... and I can rotate them. I am running 245/50/16's I only rub the front tires when turned all the way and the suspension is just right.....
