I just bought 4 what appear to be GTA rims, all marked front, all 16" X 8", all with Michelin Pilot P245/50R16's, will these fit on my '87 turbo Buick without wheel spacers or longer studs & what lug nuts should I use. Will my turbo Buick lug nuts work satisfactorily? I was told these might be Kirban's also. Rims are marked "Japan"?

Will I lose any straight line performance going to the above mentioned size of rim & tire as compared to the stocker and will I require a speedometer recalibration? I should pick up some handling improvement I hope.

since the tires are the same diameter as the stock tires, your speedo will be right on.
the only real noticable effect you will notice behind the wheel is the better cornering and braking.

Will I need longer studs & what type of lug nots work best with these rims. Kirban's catalogue advises that the '86-'87 T-Type & Turbo-T lugs are different that those of an '86-'87 GN. So do I use '86-'87 GN lug nuts?
