Had my block rebuilt and I got a box full of bolts and this thingy back can someone tell me what it is and where it goes?.. and for a bonus question I also got thicker gauge gound wire thats about 12 inches long with a small ring terminal on one end and a larger ring on the other end. Im assuming it goes on the starter but I'm not sure which post and where the other end goes... thanks in advance

the ground wire probably goes from the back of one of the heads to the firewall..

the other part, i dunno- just hang it on the wall..

Thanks for the help. timing chain was replaced so I guess I dont need it then.

If a double roller timing chain was put on you don't need the tensioner......
