So Im watching "Bull Durham" and all of the sudden I loose the signal and the heavens open up with ping pong size hail  . Of course I have no place to put the wifes Trail Blazer since my Regal and my GTO are in the garage. So tryin to think quickly I grab the keys and stuck the car under a good size maple tree a few doors down. Im pretty sure the tree did the job butincase anybody lives straight south of the Harlem and Irving area u might want to shelter ur cars. Its on the way.

Hail

Hey man, if we were closer to you we could help out, Alan and I are in Indy repairing hail damaged auto's. Check with the body shops to see if there is a Paintless Dent guy there, he can help out.

What time was that at? We had some nasty clouds roll through around 6, but nothing happened. I'm west of Harlem and Route 30.

Where are you guys working in Indy? Cars keep trickling in with damage week after week.

That was around 5 o' clock

perfect timing for all the people on thier weay home from work. Dont mess with Mother Nature!

I know the feeling.

I just deposited my last check from the Ins. co. for hail damage we had to the house and 2 vehicles from the golf ball sized hail we had a few weeks ago. There was hail as big as 4 1/4 inches several miles from my place. Fortunately the vehicles were a 147K mi blazer and a 127K mi minivan. I just need to decide what how I'm going to fix the 3 small holes in the vinyl siding.
