I have a low mileage GN.The brakes are rock hard.Anyone know where I should look. Thanks for any help you
Can give.It is greatly appreaciated.

How long has the brake light been on warning you of a problem?

Look above your post at the stickies. One is titled Powermaster diagnostics or something similar.

The pedal is hard because the Powermaster isn't running. Got to figure out why first (BTW, DON'T drive). Find the brake fuse and check it. It's a 30 amp fuse labeled PWR BRK.

or the accumulator ball isn't holding it's charge. mine did the same thing. no brake warning light either. pump motor worked.

I ended up converting it to vacuum brakes. research vacuum brakes or hydro boost brake conversion for your other options to repairing your brakes.
