hard start , and wet plugs

The car is hard to get to start when its cold, you need to turn the key for about 15 sec to get it to fire off. Once it is running it wont stay at idle and dies tell its warmed up good.

I started the car today then shut it off and let it set for about a hour , when i pulled the plugs they were all wet with gas. what could this be, once it is warm the car seems to run strong.

Hmmmm. It could be MAF related but sounds like the plugs may be fouled (change them), ignition system may be weak or something messed up in your chip.
