Hard to crank cold and backfires

My car just got hard to crank cold and backfires when cranking, after it gets warm it cranks fine. It's almost stock except no catts and just milled egr tower out the intake and plenum last week

Many, I do know my maf is bad, I have one coming, but I have been riding anyway,it just hasn't done this before

Deja vu. Do you have stock chip? If so and you deleted egr that may have something to do with it. Maybe idk for sure.

Yes it's stock, I got a chip coming next week, hope that's all it is

My LT-1 MAF began acting up as soon as the outside temps got down in the 20's at night, about 3 weeks ago. The car used to start on first attempt, then took 2, then 3, Once it started, it ran good and always started easy when it was warmed up.
