I bought a set of Harland Sharp roller rockers over a year ago and just got around to installing them and couldn't find one of the hold downs. Didn't know if I lost it or it was never there. I emailed them and told them what the deal was and wanted to know how to order one. Jeffery is sending me one out monday no charge. Great service!

Agreed.
I returned a defective part to them and several days later I was thinking that they should have had time to take a look; it would be nice to hear from them. An hour later new parts were at the door!

BTW, 1 3/4 inch, grade 8, flange head bolts are available. Thought it was a good idea because of the extra material added by the hold down.

I was thinking about upgrading the bolts just for that reason.

When I found how much (deep) thread was in the pedestal, I knew I would not be comfortable knowing the stock bolt was not holding onto as much of the head and right about where it needed a tad bit of grinding too. I have extra bolts, will sell for $10 delivered. - will send you a pic via e-mail.
