Harmonic balancer

What years do the balancers match?
Will a 95 work on say an 02??

probably need a bit more info...

in your scenario a 95 normally aspirated engine would be a series 2 a 95 supercharged engine would be a series 1.

in 96 sc engines were series 2.

a balancer from a 95 normally aspirated series 2 engine is of no use on a 96 or newer sc engine since it does not drive 2 belts - it wouldnt run the sc which has a dedicated belt that runs it via idler and a tensioner

so if you are working with a series 2 supercharged engine any balancer off a series 2 supercharged engine should be compatible from what I know 96-04 and likely one from a series 3sc (L32) is probably compatible also

i understand all of that...We already firgured it out..
I was wondering if a 95 SC engine balancer would would on a later series II SC engine.They will.

good to know - that is the first I have heard of any series 1 stuff working on series 2
