Has anybody purchase wheels from Cartel Manufacturing?

I seen some wheels I like from Cartel Manufacturing and wanted to know if any of you have dealt with them before. I heard some people had problems with them a couple years ago. just wanted to know if they got their act together. Before I decide to order a set from them.

AIRC, there were some stories about poor delivery. I think, on LS1tech.

I think I will look somewhere else for wheels. What a shame, they did have some nice looking wheels.

There is a board member who just got a nice set of Cartels . He goes by QIKAZEL. I saw some pictures on the facebook site. Looks real nice
