Has there been any 455 Buick powered cars in the 7's

Reason I'm asking is a Toolbag on the GTO boars thinks my S2 motor is crap and should be replaced with real muscle like a buick 455. Because they are much faster. LOL

This guy sounds like a moron. If you take the 3.8 SFI turbo V6 engine out of a GN and replace it with a 455 then its just a black mid eighties Regal with a big block right? Sounds like a great way to ruin the value of your car.

My guess is that based on his comments he's one of those geniuses that thinks the Olds, Pontiac and Buick 455 was the same engine. I love those guys. To answer your original question "yes" there are a few 7 second V8 Buick powered cars.

The problem with big cube guys is they think only cubes will get the job done. I ran across many "big blocks" that are a speck in my rear view mirror. The dude probably doesn't even have a running car. See them at the shows all the time. I got a big block X with this and that, bla, bla, bla. So busy running their mouths off they can't get their car to run.
