hating San diego

Well i hate san diego and all the gang banging want to b's. Friday night after going to watch the races at the Q, stopped at a friends apt. and had some (how do i put this nice?) young men walk up to me and my friend and ask where we where from? Us being in the navy said "Oregon" and my buddy said "Texas" and they proceded to tell us how they where in a gang that was from san diego (good job for you, sounds great ) I guess where i went wrong was not acting like i was impressed! didnt think much of it, and went in to my friends apt. for about 10 minutes and then went to leave. Got to my car and "WCC BOS B!&ch" was carved nicely down the side of my drivers door and 1/4 panel. I have always been really stetchy on where i park my car and of course something like this has to happened! Not like the paint was showrooom quality by any means but it was going to work for me while i got every thing else up to snuff before doing a killer paint job on it! Sorry to vent just dont really understand coming from a small town how you mess with someone else's car?

yep, they could have stolen her within 7 to 10 seconds.. hopefully you have a collum lock system (stops them from breaking the area where you can access the shift from the key which starts the car).. its the best 60 to 70 bucks you can spend..

yeah i got one of those a kill switch and an alarm. I was thinking about lo-jack not really sure how much that and i was talking to a cop that said with that the most they can do is say yeah your car is in T.J. . Is anyone running lo-jack around here? and what do you guys think about it?

yeah im pretty sure that i look less gangsta then the pic of the granny :redface: it was dark and from the smell this guys were tippin' a few back. So yeah i can see where they were coming from (white boy from small town Oregon + dark time and booze = one bad motherf@#ker lol)

I had a 13yr old wannabe white cholo kid key my car in 02. I caught him in the act and called the cops. Let's just say from me yelling at him at the top of my lungs saying how if he was 18yrs I would rip hiss head off an $h!t down his throat & he would have 2 broken leg and 2 broken arms, while saying a whole slew of bad words :tongue: I had my fist clinched around the neck portion of his long white cholo Tshirt while saying all this. The kids mom shows up and takes him without a care in the world as to what he just did " must happen a lot" . The cops show up and said its good you let him go you can't detain a minor. So we the cops and I go looking for this kids house with any luck. :frown: The next morning at 8am I get a detective serving me papers at my front door saying the state of California is charging me with Assault & Battery I was like "For WHAT"! I did hit him! All I did was yell and I had him by his Tshirt. The detective said that's Assault & Battery. I was so pissed! So I go to court 4x's and the judge tells me I need anger management and 40hr's of community service. I'm a very laid back guy and I was gonna snap at this point. To make a long story short. I never did anything. :tongue: I told the court I needed an extension and the court said since this was judge ordered my case is now reopened. I said great, "innocent again"! I had to go back and forth to court 6x's with the court comming up with other hopes they wanted me to jump through jail time, anger class, etc. I didn't agree to any of it. They finally just said pay $100 to the victims witness program and we will drop all charges. I said done! So whats gonna happen to this kid? They said take his parents to small claims. Well they where poor and his Dad was in prison. so I was screwed.

Man that is a crazy story, just makes you laugh on how screwed up the judicial system can be. In fact im claiming marshals law in San diego lol!


Well thanks for the story Brent its kinda helped me calm down a bit about the situation. Sorry for the misfortune that you had to endeavour, I couldnt imagine what i would have done if I caught the guys that did this. Maybe it for the better I didnt.
