Have a comander chip, now how do I tune.?.?.

I know I must seem stupid, but I just put my engine together and with it a comander chip. Problem is I have NO idea how to acces the chip to tune it. From what I have been reading I need the translator+ and a scantool to do this. Is this true if so whow does the whole thing work.

Look under product manuals at top of link page.Not sure if that will help but thats his product site.I not familiar with his commander chip.

You dont need a translator in fact if you have one you have the wrong chip. You do need a scan tool but it does not matter which one. What sort of problems are you having that you need to tune
